Check the vehicle year before you buy
Start with the documented year of manufacture. Trade Board year-end notices use model year; if it differs, enter the documented model year too and confirm which year the Trade Board accepts. First registration and an advertisement’s year are not substitutes for verification.

The published bus table says “more than 46” after the 31–45 band, leaving exactly 46 seats unclear. Do not infer a limit for that case or for weights falling between printed bands; ask the Trade Board.
Year-end deadlines and documents
A year-end extension is not automatic. The latest year-end notice located in this review was dated 21 November 2025: qualifying invoices had to be dated by 31 December 2025, applications by 31 January 2026, and duty payment and wharf clearance by 31 March 2026. Those dates have passed. No 2026/27 extension is assumed here.
Obtain the import permit before the vehicle arrives. Check the supplier invoice, title/registration/export certificate, VIN/chassis details, year information and applicable pre-shipment inspection certificate. Ask the Trade Board to resolve conflicting years before shipment.
